Stay away from SWREG.ORG:

SWREG.ORG advertises itself as a PayPal alternative, but it is almost impossible to receive payment through them if you have a small business with low transactions.

They require a large number of orders to complete before they release any of your payment.  Even then, they never release the full amount, they always keep the funds of newest transactions with them in case any customer opts to charge back.

Their processing is also riduculously slow.  For example, if you receive a payment on any date during the current month, it will be added to your account on the 30th of this month and it will be released on 15th of next month.  So it will be at-least two or more months before you can receive your first payment.
